• Choose a component from the palette, then click on the green board area to place it.
• Select tool: click a component or trace to select it, drag to move it, press R to rotate 90 degrees.
• Trace tool: click a starting point, add waypoints by clicking, click a pad to finish. Press Esc to cancel.
• Re-route a selected trace by dragging its waypoint handles (they snap to nearby pads); double-click a trace to insert a new waypoint, and change its width from the properties panel.
• Gerber export generates RS-274X copper, board outline, and Excellon drill files for manufacturing services like JLCPCB, PCBWay, or OSHPark.
• Components snap to 2.54mm (0.1 inch) grid; the standard pitch for through-hole parts.
• Trace width guide: 0.25mm for signal lines, 0.5mm standard, 1.2mm+ for power rails.
